To become a Premium Customer:

To continually provide our customers with the highest level of services and innovative financial solutions they deserve, all premium customers must maintain at least one of the following:

• Liabilities total credit balances starting from EGP 100,000 to EGP 500,000 (or equivalent in other foreign currencies)
• Assets (total unsecured loan balance from EGP 100,000 to EGP 500,000)
• Unsecured credit card limit starting from (EGP 25,000 up to EGP 100,000)
• Payroll (minimum salary transfer EGP 15,000 up to EGP 40,000)
• Bancassurance policy (from EGP 30,000 to EGP 120,000) annually
